I've actually seen that before, but it was attributed to the Japanese Air Force, which (somewhat) makes more sense. I mean, have you ever watched their Navy recruitment video? Crazy kids.
Don't criticize AFSO 21...I mean TQM....I mean Six Sigma, the brass might be reading and the RIF is still on! ;)
